Grace Chytracek, LGSW (SHE/HER)

About Grace Chytracek (She/her)

Grace received her Master of Social Work degree from Augsburg University and is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW). She understands that life experiences, trauma, and chronic stress can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves, our bodies, our relationships, and what gives our lives meaning. She believes each of us already carries the wisdom, resilience, and capacity to heal—even when it feels difficult to access. Grace strives to create a warm, collaborative, and compassionate space where you feel safe to slow down, become curious, and reconnect with yourself.

Grace’s work is rooted in a holistic, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach that
honors the relationship between mind, body, nature, and spirit. Grace has previous Social
Work experience supporting individuals with persistent physical and mental health
conditions in various roles. Together, you’ll explore the experiences and patterns that have
shaped your life, creating space for greater self-awareness and clarity. Grace believes healing unfolds through safety, connection, and integration—honoring one’s intersectional identities, and guiding us back to ourselves. Whether providing individual and couples therapy or supporting clients in ketamine-assisted transformative experiences, she approaches each person’s journey with compassion, curiosity, and respect.
Outside of the therapy room, Grace enjoys spending time outdoors, listening to music, cuddling her pets, and connecting with loved ones. These moments of slowing down continue to shape her own understanding of healing and balance.

Whatever you’re navigating in this season of life, Grace welcomes those seeking a
compassionate and collaborative space for healing. She would be honored to walk alongside
you as move toward a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and aligned with your truest
self.
