Shamanic Practices

Shamanism is an ancient healing tradition and a way of life.

The teachings of shamanism focus on our connection to nature and promote the well-being of all creation. Shamanism is an ancient spiritual practice dating back thousands of years. Shamanic practices include delving into the unconscious by journeying with drumming and/or rattles. One can journey to the upper world to commune with their guides and or deceased loved ones.

Additionally, the drumming can take you into non-ordinary reality by journeying into the lower world which consists of animals and nature. In journeying into the lower world, one can meet their spirit animal guides for healing and restoring one’s balance and harmony in nature. Shamanic practices also include the use of sage and tobacco for clearing out negative thoughts, beliefs and energy and replacing it with positive thoughts and energy.

Through these techniques and journeying the shamanic circle embraces us, unifying our lives with strength, healing, nature and love.

Connect to nature and promote the well-being of all creation.
