About Cristin Murray
Cristin works with teen and adult clients as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Using an integrative approach that is based on the client’s individual needs, Cristin uses elements of nature, mindfulness, and other evidence-based practices to help clients reflect and make meaningful changes. She believes that every client has the resources within them to heal from the past and positively impact their future, and that therapy can be a valuable resource to explore and build on skills in a non-judgemental and supportive environment. Cristin values collaborating with her clients on their vision of success, whatever that may look like for them.
Whether sessions take place in the office, or out in the pasture, Cristin takes and individualized approach based on the unique needs and goals of each client. She is experienced in helping clients through a variety of concerns, including depression and anxiety, ADHD, trauma, grief and loss, relationship conflict, work stress, life transitions, and many other challenges. In addition to her years of experience providing individual and group therapy, she also has experience working in human resources and leadership, and is a Certified Professional Coach.
On the farm, you will often find Cristin spending time with her horse, Waylon. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, kayaking, hikes with her dog, raising chickens, and spending time with family and friends.
