About Cristin Murray

Cristin Murray is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who works with teen and adult clients using a strength-based and solution-focused approach. She believes that every client has the resources within them to heal from the past and positively impact their future, and that therapy can be a valuable resource to explore and build on skills in a non-judgemental and supportive environment.

Using an integrative approach based on the client’s individual needs, Cristin uses elements of nature, mindfulness, and other evidence-based practices to help clients reach their goals. She values collaborating with the client on their vision of success, whatever that may look like.

Cristin is experienced in helping clients through a variety of concerns, including depression and anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship conflict, work stress, and other life challenges. In addition to her years of experience providing individual and group therapy, she also has experience working in human resources and leadership, and is a Certified Professional Coach.

In her free time, Cristin enjoys being outdoors with her dog, gardening, raising chickens, and spending time with family and friends.
